Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort

This place looked promising online, but our bathroom was not clean when we got there. It was late so I didn't say anything and we dealt with it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, flipped the sign for room service, and when we came back that next night, they had put new towels in and switched the garbage. Sink, toilet, tub were still dirty. The bed hadn't been made, let alone the sheets changed. We don't have high standards -- I just want a clean bed and bathroom. I asked the woman at the front desk the next morning if they could clean our bathroom. She apologized and ensured me it'd be done. We get back at 10 PM, new towels, bed is made with the old sheets, and that's it. It felt incredibly disrespectful since I specifically asked and was told it would be done. We didn't bother with th

The hotel stay was good. Clean and tidy room with plenty of space. Location is wonderful with view of pacific ocean from the balcony. I didn't enjoy the breakfast though. They didn't serve any protein. Just toast and waffles, some fruit. Except breakfast stay was great.

Absolutley loved our trip to ocean shores wa. Staying at the coratel inn and suites was excellent our family loved it. We really enjoyed the mini golf, pool abd hot tub. The conteniental breakfast was excellent and the price was great. In the lobby they have games you can borrow and play. It was a wonderful visit. The rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Atmosphere was quiet and welcoming.

Positive: Location Negative: Breakfast is just cold cereal and yogurt. The tub was not clean.

Easy check in. Was advised to park in the back, its pretty tight for a 2500 truck. Side door to enter the hotel didn't work, had to use another one around the corner. Room was ok, decent view on the 2nd level. Was nice that it had a private balcony. In room coffee pot didn't work. Dryer in bathroom didn't work. Fan in bathroom came on but barely worked(100% foggy mirror after shower). Beds squeak when you get into a good rhythm(IYKYK). Microwave worked. Fridge worked. TV worked. Heater/AC worked. Hallways smelled of chemical cleaners and air fresheners(which were plastered on the walls everywhere). Continental breakfast was lame. Cereal, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit. Coffee ran out, wasn't refilled. Would probably stay here again for its convenient location and cheaper prices.
