Point Brown

This property was operated by Vacation Internationale time share, of which we have a share in. We've stayed here before, and enjoy the unobstructed view of the ocean from the units. This time, we stayed at the Pennsylvania building, unit 2S. It's a well-appointed 2 bedroom unit with a large living area, fireplace, jetted tub, and newer appliances. The deck is large with a nice area to enjoy the view while sipping wine. We enjoy this place so much that we've booked it again for next year.

Our group of four adults stayed in Pennsylvania VI resort for six nights. Very peaceful, calm and waterfront resort. Our condo was very open enough room for everyone one, but no shower in master bedroom just tub that was little problem for both of us due to knee replacement so we all end up taking shower in guest bathroom that has dirty shower floor , need to have deep cleaning with bleach or other chemical to avoid mold. Need maintenance for blind & pull down where chains or handles were loose kept falling while operating.

Very clean and comfortable rooms with great views.. A nice sized kitchen and the beds are very comfortable. Has a cozy vibe, a fire place and a huge deck overlooking the Ocean... Great for entertaining and relaxing with family/friends. Had an amazing time here.

Okay only. Chunks of dirt on ceiling fans. Not vacuumed and cleaned well. Two of us ended up getting covid on our vacation there. In need of upkeep. Ripped shower curtains. Half the lightbulbs dead. All three showers had poor water pressure, probably from the . 50 cent shower head. We bought a decent one to use the rest of the week and we all used the one shower.

Other than no elevator in my building it is a neat place. A bit out of Ocean Shores but no big deal. Very nice room.
