A little bit of a drive. Some rooms have been updated. Staff is friendly. They don't have the coldness you'd expect in Seattle.

First time staying at VI resorts. Husband and I had a great time, we just wish it was a little bit longer! We definitely plan on returning! Everybody was amazing to make our stay perfect! I do want to give a shout out to, DAVID. When we were loading our vehicle to leave, we came back to the room to get the last load, we were unable to get in the room as the car did not work anymore. The time was, 11:01, of course, it caused frustrationa nd concern due to the fact that we had my purse in the room and my husband's wallet. My husband went looking for someone who might be cleaning the rooms. And that's when my husband found DAVID:). David, was very helpful, kind and professional.
