Ocean Key Resort & Spa

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. We have been coming here for a few years and absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, and Craig at the front desk always makes sure your stay is the best it can be. This is also one of the best places to watch the sunset. The rooms are fantastic, and the pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Every visit has been a great experience, and we always look forward to coming back.

When I booked in October, they had a message on their website that they were currently under renovation and that they were looking to be completed by Dec 18th '25. I arrived Dec 17th and they were nowhere near completion. However, the noise was minimal and the staff was great. My only complaint was not enough lighting for the temporary entrance at night. It was very dark and the brick roads leading into the resort was crumbling in spots that you could not see. I almost fell and twisted my ankle. They have very small lights, but it does not help.|My room was beautiful. I loved the balcony view. I did get a massage, wasn't the best...just ok. I ordered in breakfast and it was delicious. I waited too long to make reservations at Hot Tin, so I'll definitely try that next time! I will definitel

We had some initial issues with our first room, but the front desk team was incredibly understanding and quickly offered great solutions to get us settled comfortably. The bell-service and valet guys were absolutely awesome: friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. This will definitely be our resort of choice going forward!

The property is beautiful and our suite was gorgeous with an ocean view and a balcony. The staff were friendly and extremely customer focused. Anything we asked for was provided timely and friendly. The spa is to die for and I cannot wait to go again! We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect. You can walk to absolutely everything.
