Ocean Jade Spa

Ocean Jade proved to be a very pleasant and healthful vacation. It is a small venue, but the rooms are spacious and comfortable ,the vegan food is outstanding, and the overall physical program good. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. I would encourage any patron of the former Regency Health Spa to give it a try. Don't take a taxi from the airport--take Lyft or Uber, both about half the cost. Book early, the current 7 rooms--soon to be 9--are filling up quickly. I will definitely return.

Had the pleasure of an Ocean Jade stay and it was wonderful. A small and intimate nourishing, rejuvenating venue for mind, spirit and body. Nice heated pool, very well appointed rooms (simple, yet comfortable in every respect, including common sense features often omitted by inns or hotels), truly warm helpful staff, and tasty vegan cuisine. Breakfast (oatmeal and fruit) right up my alley, great lunch and tasty healthful dinner (eggplant, etc.). Also provided for guests are yoga, tai chi, longevity breathing, and relevant to the point lectures. The aura is that of a small community wherein the group of guests tend to bond and reinforce the overall benefits of the experience. The best week I've ever spent on my health and well being. Charming quaint hotel with staff that makes you feel like royalty. One block walk to pristine quiet beach. The food (organic plant based) was amazing. Food education lectures taught in such a way that it brings scientific based facts to layman's terms that really resonate with you so there is permanent positive change in health, diet and lifestyle when you leave and go back to "life" . Daily yoga, meditation, walks, fitness classes, pool exercise (86 degree pool), tai chi,qi gong, longevity breathing, relaxation.
