I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with an unauthorized charge and the subsequent poor customer service I received. On Feb 2, while browsing hotels on your website, I saved a hotel option to my saved bookings with the intention of potentially booking later. To my surprise, I was charged $605 the following day. I immediately checked my account and found that the hotel was booked without my explicit confirmation or payment. Within ten hours of this unauthorized booking, I initiated a refund request. I was dismayed to find that the refund amount was only $80, a completely unacceptable outcome given the circumstances. DONT STAY HERE!! This place is horrible and they only have a 4 digit code to get in and no locks. The valet (It's the only option and you have to pay for it separately) parked our car in a flooded lot, it's dirty and creepy. They don't offer soap or more than 2 rolls of toilet paper unless you BUY IT there is PAINTED OVER BLOOD(?) on the wall and its just got a really creepy feel overall.

Parking 30 USD/night. Total rip off. Old, mouldy, unclean, not safe. Do not bother to stay there.

I booked this room through my company website as they offer discount services for travel. After I booked the room I went to check their reviews on google as I begin to read this a very disgusting and under managed establishment of which I would not want my worst enemy sleeping their advertisement is deceiving you can’t speak to anyone as the rooms are rented by individual people not a management company on site I called to have a full refund and it was declined I am reporting this to my bank to stop payment

Stayed in room# 739. The room was a desperate need of an upgrade. Pink mold in the bathroom, the toilet didn’t flush, electric outlets in the bathroom didn’t work, the shower handle was broken. Had the maintenance guy there 3 times while we were there. Called the owner and he did not do anything for us. Told us to leave. Ended up having to go stay @ the Hilton for the rest of our stay. Also the property was not well maintained, hair in the pool. Pool lounge chairs damaged. Building smelled and dirty. Don’t be catfish by the pictures on the website.
