Ocean Beach Suites

Rating: 1/5 Absolute worst hotel experience. I explicitly booked a Queen room but was given a Full bed; the staff dismissed me and falsely claimed "everything is a Queen." The facilities are awful: No elevator (we had to carry luggage to the 3rd floor). No parking. No dustbins in the room. Terrible shower pressure. Do not stay here if you want to enjoy Miami.

I worst experience ever. Went to the room,the bed wasn't made from the previous guests the room was dirty. We didn't even stay. We seen that and left. We lost $200 plus on that room. But it was no way we was staying there. Wish I would've took pictures 🤬😡

Man I wish I could leave zero stars. Absolute trash of an establishment! I’ve tried getting ahold of them for over a month now and can’t even get a phone call back. Had an emergency and had to cancel a two night stay there.. as soon as I put in the request, radio silence!

A complete rip off!! So expensive for a tiny little room with an out of date bathroom. The bathtub was clogged and we told them and they did nothing about it. There was also no ac per room only central air and they did not keep it cold. Also no working elevator! We were on the top floor but luckily only had a few bags to carry up. One nice thing was the location and how it was walking distance to everything. Half the staff was also very nice and personable! Also the lobby area is cute for photos!

It’s dirty, it smells like cigarettes, there’s no parking with the place after renting, the place seems to be in the past, all the rooms are glued and separated by a small drywall, the beds sound like they’re going to break just by lying on it
