What a dump...first the good points. It does have electronic locks so it sorta safe, they do change the cheats, but only if you have stayed in the room, meaning if no one has stayed in that room for a while, they do not dust nor clean the room. I was given a price of $40/night, when I arrived, was charged $50/night. I did NOT feel safe in the room, the clientele that you get for $50 is NEVER the best people on the planet. remote control had no back on it, tiny fridge was rusted all over. the door to my room (214) was patched over because someone had punched holes (or gunshots) in the door and not yet painted. For your safety, I recommend staying on the 2nd floor, NEVER on the ground floor and stay as close to the managers office as you can

A complete sham. 4 major complaints - They push a no refund policy for all monies exchanged. - Floors are absolutely filthy. My feet were blackened from the shower to the bed (15 ft). - Roaches. 3 upon stay, saw 2 more when retrieving an item from the room that evening. - I checked out immediately after I saw this that next morning as I left for work. The lobby isn't open until 8 (possibility later in the morning). I paid for three nights. stayed one, wanted my other 2 nights back. The foreign manager said no refunds, but offered me one night back. after much arguing, its better to deny them funds if you have a major bank. Don't let this be you. Only staying here tonight to weather the hurricane due to our house being not hurricane stable. Nasty nasty nasty. Came in to the room the smell was horrible. Bathroom disgusting. Hair all in the shower. Ashes all over the toilet. Black stuff all around the toilet. Bathroom smells of Bo. Stains and gross unknown substances running down the Walls. Took pics. I live in Ocala and ashamed to have something like this sitting in my home town. I don't wanna touch anything. All we needed was the 4 concrete walls but still!

REALLY REALLY BAD. Stayed every year for the last couple years and I got what I paid for. This year it was really bad. Cockroach crawling across the table. All the lights don't work. TV remote doesn't work. No towels. Wouldn't give towels unless I was a weekly customer. I had paid for a weekly but decided to get a refund and only stay one night. Friendly staff but the hotel truly is terrible don't stay here you would honestly be better off sleeping In your car for the night

Went To Ocala. Dad in hospital in bad condition. Went to hotel after leaving hospital. Paid for 2 nights. Went to room. 1 bed not only was missing a sheet but had blood stains underneath pad trying to cover it up. Other bed looked as though it had been slept in and sheets not changed. Floor filthy. Went to ofc to ask for refund and Jared said mgr would give next day. Left and stayed somewhere else. Called mgr to get refund. NOT only would he not give refund but kept talking over me. Would not listen to me and hung up on me. Stayed at Quality Inn. Great rooms and service.
