Oakwater Resort

I was really impressed with this gated resort. Accommodation was spotless (2 bedroom and 2 bathroomed apartment), communal swimming pool lovely, able to fish if you want to, access to a gym and games room and the hot tub in the evening was perfect. Convenient Walmart within walking distance. Only 15- 20 mins to Disney....so quick and easy to drive to. I would definitely stay here again.

My family of four and two adult friends spent six nights here and found the accommodation spacious, well-maintained and affordable. The outdoor pool and hot tub were also well-kept and conveniently located within walking distance. The property was generally in good condition, and the residents were pleasant and accommodating. This rental is ideal for those seeking affordable off-site accommodation near Disney, as each park is only a short drive away. Additionally, the bustling Walmart nearby is easily accessible on foot, and offers a great opportunity to purchase Disney souvenirs at a fraction of the usual cost.

This is a good place to stay and we would stay again. It is very close to Disney and Margaritaville with easy access to other parks and attractions. There is a Super Walmart just outside the gate but it is the most crowded Walmart we have ever seen. The large heated pool is very nice with a hot tub. The workout room is minimal and only open 10a-6p. The property is dog friendly with poop bins and a nice walk around the lake. Our condo was located above the garages so there was no noise from neighbors. Management needs to walk the entire property including the lake. Graffiti needs to be removed. Nice landscaping but trash needs to be picked up.

Incredible location, minutes away from all the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs. The house we stayed in was large and well-structured inside, appearing to be even bigger. Organized, safe, no noises at night. Will definitely stay again when we go back to the parks.

My family just stayed at Oakwater for a week through Airbnb. It was very quite and well maintained. The pool was also well maintained and clean. It's location is great very close to Disney World, Walmart is a short walk. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone.
