Oakley Stake Ranch

I stayed with a group of 12 Young Women and 2 additional leaders for 3 nights in the lodge. Loved the location, scenery, lodging and use of kitchen. Unfortunately there is not a long hiking trail to be found at this campground. We followed a few trails that ended after .25 miles and left no option but to backtrack. When checking out the hostess required us to clean the community bathroom that we and all other female campers had used. This requirement was not specified on paperwork we received before arriving at the campground or when we checked in. Also be ready for a literal "white glove inspection" of the stove top and interior of oven when checking out of the lodge. There is no way to lock the 3 exterior doors. When settling down for the night this was quite unnerving to us female leade

All facilities, well-maintained. Large lodge with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen & full sized sleeping loft. Good place for large groups. Large outdoor gathering area with fire pit. Trail from parking lot to lodge paved. Has showers, cooking gas, electricity & water. One negative thought, trails can seem steep in places, but well-maintained.

Awesome place to have a camp out, the lodge is large, the camp site is nice, and it's pretty close to civilization for emergencies. Unfortunately the management it's mean, and the bathrooms are very nice but way out of the way. But overall the mountains are beautiful, the site is well taken care of. It was a wonderful place for a family reunion.

Was a good cabin but all the water was turned off so the pipes didn't freeze. Which is of course nesecarry but unfortunate.
