Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Burley

This was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was beyond friendly, kind, and helpful. They had a toy for my kid, they offered me snacks/drinks upon arrival, they offered to switch my room to the first floor if I preferred, they helped with my belongings, the breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, the pool was fun and is open late. It was a great experience.

We were treated so well by the front desk lady. (I wish I had her name but she had dark eyelashes and blonde shoulder length, crimped hair). We didn’t plan to stay in burley but our car broke down and we were looking for a place to stay that could give us a good deal and she was able to find us one. She also was just so friendly and helpful and accommodated to our needs like helping us find a pack n play for our baby.

I had a wonderful overnight stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Burley. It was a last-minute booking, but after three days backpacking in the mountains and a 13-hour drive ahead of me, this was the perfect place to be refreshed and replenished. Upon arrival, Rae (sp?), the friendly, competent, and helpful front desk person greeted me with enthusiasm, even though it was around midnight. My room was super clean and comfortable. I felt safe and relaxed, which contributed to a good night's sleep. They had a nice variety of breakfast options to choose from, and the food preparer was friendly--she even went the extra mile for me. I now felt rested, nourished, and ready for the long drive ahead. Kudos to the staff and management at Fairfield Inn & Suites Burley for all the good efforts you have p

I have been traveling back and forth across S Idaho and this is my favorite little place. The rate is excellent compared to the other Marriott locations across Idaho and they do a very good job. The beds are perfect for my old bones and the breakfast is always too north and everyone is efficient and wonderful to work with. You can tell they really like to do things right. Keep up the phenomenal job.

Four and a half stars. I often stay one night in Burley when I am traveling to the southwest. This is the second time I have stayed here and will do so again. The room is a little small but for one person for one night it is fine. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.
