Best Western Plus Burley Inn & Convention Center

Check in was friendly but efficient which I always appreciate after a long drive. Very nice lady who gave all the information quickly and courteously. Two restaurants on site. One is a bar/lounge which also serves food, the other is a Perkins. Extremely nice staff in both establishments. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfortable. It is winter so we were unable to take advantage of the beautifully laid out courtyard area but it was spacious and lovely. The breakfast area was spotlessly clean also with a lovely outdoor patio. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed and represents great value for money

Positive: Great location. Amazing continental breakfast. Friendly staff Negative: The room was very comfortable. The room needed to be vacuumed around the edges and floor by bed.

Everything was clean and everyone was very friendly!We had a very good stay we will be staying there again soon.

Loved our room, friendly service. My husband is in a wheelchair..the room had no carpet..it was great! Clean. Wonderful bed!, great roll in shower, we needed a shower chair which they brought in. Receptionist were so pleasant and super helpful,

It's an old place, could use some updates but the staff was nice and the room we got, was plenty big enough, with the queen size bunk bed for the kids! Made our visit easier! And pet friendly. The hot tub was great! We even stayed longer than planned!
