Oak Tree Village Apartments & Campground

There are permanent modular homes on one side, and the RV-ers on the other side. A little bit redneck but that's Ocala. There is a crystal clear very large swimming pool that was clean clean clean ( NOT Disney, ok! So no slides or anything like that). No kiddie pool but some stairs for the wee ones. Large clean laundry facility. Bathrooms were typical of these kinds of places, showers were clean enough, a few cobwebs here and there but I was not freaked out, this is, after all, a campground. There seemed t be quite a few 'permanent / semi-permanent' RV'ers who set their spots up really interestingly! One even had an outside TV. Each spot had a dump, water and electric hookup, and a picnic bench. Quiet time 10 pm to 8 am and it was very quiet for the whole time we were there. I believe

There is a really nice place to go swimming and your also is a dog park so you can let your dog sleep. Let them run around. And also quite a few dumpsters in here too. Nice quiet part.

Honestly the price is not bad if you have your own RV and you are long term, but if you are renting from them( RV side) then the prices are way higher. Electric is not included which is fine, dogs are allowed but watch some people forget to pick up after them. Maintenance is a laugh, I'm hoping they get that together. Kid friendly for the most part, watch for speeders when kids are out playing. The fence blocking the interstate may need to be reconsidered since it's so close to park. The apartments "are remodeled" but for the cost you have to pay for them is ridiculous. Over all the new owners of this park only see money signs they really don't listen to your needs if you have any, but they will work with you if you talk to them. My husband and I have been living here over 2 years now. And we are so happy here. Our rent is reasonable, a nice large, working laundry room, by the way which is cleaned every morning, they cut the grass, any problems within your home, you called them and they schedule appointment, which is always a very reasonable time frame. We're not close to walmart, but Publix dollar general, family Dollar, and several gas stations. And 75 is right up the street. It's nice and quiet here, and plenty of room for the children to play safely. The basketball court is always busy with kids, and the swings. We even have a little dog park. On the other side is the RV Park, which most of the people here live here year-round, and it's always nice having people here from out of state staying for the weekend or
