I recently stayed at Notebook Miami Beach Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that essential amenities such as hand wash, Toothbrush and paste were missing from the bathroom. Additionally, the toilet flush was in poor condition and did not function properly, which caused considerable inconvenience. To make matters worse, the room was not cleaned the following day, despite the expectation of daily housekeeping services. For the price and reputation of the hotel, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure future guests have a better experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this property, primarily due to serious concerns regarding guest security and customer service. Upon arrival, I left my luggage with the concierge as instructed and took a photo of it before leaving. When I returned to retrieve my luggage, I immediately noticed that my bag had been opened and items were missing. I reported this to the concierge right away. What stood out most was the complete lack of urgency, empathy, or reassurance in his response. There was no attempt to walk me through next steps, no effort to provide comfort or understanding, and no sense of problem-solving in a situation where a guest had just reported a theft. Instead, I was simply told that the manager would be available the following day. While that may be protocol, the

This review is for anyone who is vacationing here with the intentions of driving - meaning you rented a car and plan to travel by driving yourself. I do not recommend this place as a place to do so. In fact - if you are driving I don’t recommend staying in Miami period. It’s incredibly not-driver-friendly. The parking spots here are incredibly limited and extremely hard to park into. Unless you are renting a truck or a high-clearance vehicle, you will struggle. The way the parking spaces are located you will have to jump the curb. No way around that. We stayed in room 208. The toilet does not flush. There was an unlined rubbish bin that we used to fill up with water to manually flush the toilets. The shower had little pressure. Anyone with long or lots of hair will find themselves showe

I don’t have anything positive to say about this hotel! Sad to say that this was the filthiest, grossest, hotel I have EVER stayed in. When I arrived at 7:00 p.m. from the airport, the staff didn’t even acknowledge me as I walked through the door. I met my daughter in the lobby and we went up to the room. Our first impression was shock — the floor was filthy. The ceiling fan was running and sounded like it might fly off at any moment. There were no towels at all. The shower curtain was stained and disgusting, and the bed sheets were also stained. I didn’t even want to unpack my belongings. We went back down to the lobby to ask for towels. The staff member responded, “It’s too late,” in a very rude manner. After going to the back, he returned with only one damp towel. This place needs to

I accidentally booked two weeks later than intended and immediately called the third party agent to ask for the 7 nights booking to be cancelled and I would rebook the correct dates (the online reservation calendar jumps to a date 2 weeks forward and highlights that day which misleads a distracted mind). They contacted the hotel who refused the request and would not transfer or allow a refund of any amount for cancellation. I decided to book another night and headed to the hotel to check in and try to negotiate a fair outcome. The receptionist reiterated the hotel policy which of course is not fair or necessary just because you have written acquisitive terms and greedy conditions into a policy. So we stayed the night and turned out we would have abandoned our reservation anyway given the
