Northwoods Inn & Suites

The only good thing about this motel....yes motel because it's nothing like the website. It's close to the hospital which is why I was there in the first place. The 210.00 dollar amount charged was ridiculous!!! The bed is like sleeping on plywood. I can sleep pretty much anywhere. I would advise to go across the street or up the road. The hotel is old I get that. But it's also very run down. The light next to the bed didn't work. There spackle yes spackle on the counter of the sink. Geeze replace it!! The guy at the counter had the demeanor of a wet mop. Like I said keep driving you'll be happier for it. Oh and if you have a SERVICE DOG...which I don't but they don't allow them in the hotel!!

Positive: Didn't hear thunderstorm overnight. Negative: Mattress pad kept pulling off mattress

It’s in a nice part of town near a good restaurant and a gas station. The guy at the front desk was very helpful and helped me get my big truck and trailer parked. But the room…..🤢 it smelled so bad, the floor and wall was dirty and super dusty. Every single pillow was stained a nasty yellow, the towels were all stained, the ac/heater unit was dang near falling out of the wall. I almost slept in the back seat of my truck. The shower is very small the curtain is against you the whole time. If you can stay at the other ones in town I would. Pictures are not what it is now.

Cleanest motel I’ve ever been in. The man at the front desk is the nicest person to interact with. No issues with the stay, and you get so many channels on the tv to choose from! Perfect location for a nice weekend stay. The Mexican place right next to the motel is also amazing, so it was nice to be able to walk to and from. 10/10.

Rooms are OK the beds squeek at every move but ok for comfort. Carpet needs to be cleaned think it would smell alot better if they did. Rooms were better than Aqua air motel up the road. People were nice. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave.
