Blue Lake Resort

Our fishing group thought we had finally found our ideal fishing lake. Great lake, great fishing, great resort, and friendly owner. However, after fishing this lake for about 5 years, we noticed that the Northern population had increased significantly. Initially there was never a problem, but we dealt with it. The last year we were there (fall 2024), while we were fishing, we spoke with residents on the lake, and they had noticed it, as well. They wanted them. cleaned out. We paid our deposit for 2025 and everything was fine. In early 2025, I was contacted by the owner, who said she was canceling our reservation, and returning our deposit. When asked why, she said that there had been complaints of a decrease in the fish population, and that we were "too good of fishermen". We NEVER over fi

If you are looking for a vacation place to party with WI fi, TV, a bar, loud music, noisy neighbors, lousy fishing, THEN YOU DO NOT WANT TO GO TO BLUE LAKE RESORT AT MINOCQUA ! But if you want cozy clean cabins on the lake with a boat and private dock, peace and quiet, Excellent fishing bass, northern pike, large blue gills and crappies, , beautiful sunsets, and a place to relax, and reasonable rates, GO TO BLUE LAKE RESORT FOR A WEEK! It will be the best vacation ever. it is not an average hotel room, but a fully furnished cabin where you can cook your own meals, sit out on the screen porch or deck or on the lake shore and enjoy the beautiful view. Our family has been coming to Blue Lake Resort for quite a few years.. We enjoy the beauty of the area and spending quality time together on the lake. Blue lake has so many wonderful things to offer. It's the perfect place to come relax and rejuvenate. Andre is fabulous. ❤

I love coming here! My family has been coming up here for 3 years now and we enjoy our stay here. The cabins are always very clean when we arrive. Nothing fancy about them, no internet or TV but I like it that way when I come up here. Fishing on the lake is pretty good. The sunset views are fantastic!
