Northstar Ski-In/Ski-Out Vacation Rental

Very poor service. We arrived Sat evening and found there’s no toilet paper anywhere in the house. No backup storage, no boxed tissues. One bathroom is leaking and cannot be used for shower. The service team did nothing and kept asking us to search in the house, and asked us drive out at Sat evening to buy toilet paper. The service is ridiculously poor. When we requested a refund for this worst ever experience, they keep asking us to wait and did not give a solution till now. There’s still no response and solution at all. The owner does not admit this and trying to leave response to all my reviews saying this is not their property, so I attached my booking record screenshot here. All I described is fact and the owner of this property is lying.

Each unit seems separately owned. Management companies rent and service the units. Our unit was dated and could use new carpet and some furniture, but everything was functional. Carpeting could have been cleaner. Outside Common stairs to the units are in serious decay. Some steps were repaired but others were cracking and edges were broken off. Seemed very dangerous and unstable for concrete stairs. Would not recommend it for people with people that can't skip a step or manage stairs well.

We had a wonderful stay at this Northstar condo. This condo's location is fantastic. It is situated right off of condo run and very easy to ski in and out. After a long day of skiing, we were able to enjoy countless amenities – from home cooked meals from a well equipped kitchen to countless board and video games next to a cozy fire. Beds were very comfortable and the condo was immaculate. Eric and Emile were exceptional hosts. They were responsive and helpful to all of our requests and questions. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again sometime soon!

We had an outstanding experience at the condo, and plan to return again! Our family of 5 absolutely loved the condo, both the desirable location nearby Condo Run to make skiing easier, but also the comfort of the condo. Every detail was thought of, from cozy sofas, comfy beds, family games and DVD's post-skiing, and a fully functional kitchen. There was even a mitten tree to dry wet gear by the fireplace! We had everything we needed and loved being so close to all the action. Highly recommend!!

Eric & Emile were very responsive & accommodating, and the place was excellent -- great location(super close to Coyote Fork run and Condo run) updated bathrooms, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and lovely view. We will be back for sure!
