North Beach Campground

Stayed two nights in RV with full hookups, then moved to a water/electric only site for two more days. This was due to our poor planning, no shortcoming of the campground. The road in and out seems narrow but was perfectly fine to get through with the camper. Site sizes are on the small size. The hookups appear fairly new and are in good condition. None of that worry about electrocuting yourself with a sketchy plug. (If you camp, you know what I mean.) Most of the campground is seasonal space, so we were lucky to get room here I think. Sites were level and clean.||The numbered spaces (FHU) are near the beach and the bathhouse. The lettered spaces (W/E) are near the store and the pool. The bathhouse has ramp access and there was a ramp over the dunes as well, so it has decent accessibilty i

This was a decent campground. The site was clean and nice. Pool was a bit small but it was clean and refreshing. The bathrooms were dirty and didn't even have hand soap at the sinks, and there was only one outside shower located in the pool deck. I was expecting some outdoor showers off of beach maybe at bathhouse. It was right on the beach, and we were blessed with good weather while there. The long term spots looked great, and I think it would be a great location for that purpose. We ultimately had a great time on vacation, will just maybe give another campground a try if we go camping again there.

We are relatively new to the RV lifestyle. First week long trip in our camper/van. We had a great spot and were just steps from the beach! Restrooms and shower facility was nearby and always clean. General store was well stocked and convenient. Would recommend staying here!

No rules enforced. Adults were smoking at the pool when kids were swimming. People didn't clean up after their dogs. Beach was beautiful, but they nickle and dime you. Our spot was so tight, that left no room to enjoy the site. A tent was right next to us and we had no privacy at all. I think they gave us a tent site because all the others are taken by seasonal people. Bathrooms were dirty and no way to dry your hands. No paper towel or dryer. Only 2 people for the price. After that it is $10 a person. Won't be coming back.
