North Bay Inn

I had an excellent experience at North Bay Inn. The ftont office associate was professional and made a great presentation of hospitality. The room was the cleanest motel room I have seen in a while, immaculate, as well as the parking lot. Quiet and comfortable, new appointments. Great location. I will return.

Labor Day pricing in force. We were under the gun, so that's why we ended up staying here otherwise we definitely would have gone elsewhere. It was late in the day and we had to find somewhere to go. The prices on various websites said this was around $119, but when we checked in they told us it was now $150! We were too tired to look elsewhere, and I know we wouldn't have stayed if we weren't so exhausted, but we definitely hesitated, and if the room hadn't looked clean, we would have left. I did see a cigarette burn hole on the bed cover, though. There was no hair dryer, but everything else worked, the fridge, the microwave, tv remote. And there was a nice light around the large mirror instead of above the mirror. There's no breakfast, but an empty, cloudy coffee pot in the lobby. There

Positive: Upgraded lighting and shower. Negative: Bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The front desk was as friendly as a rattle snake. The room is not dirty but it smells bed and is VERY dated. The bed and linen was not comfortable at all. The towels are very old, small and rough. There's really nothing about this place that is good.

Clean. Quiet. Good water pressure. Reasonably comfy beds. Microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, modern tv, wifi. Friendly quick check in with easy parking. This place met all my requirements. It isn’t the Four Seasons or Residence Inn, but it isn’t trying to be. I’d compare it to Hampton Inn or Springhill. It is good value for money and I would happily stay there again.
