Norman's Hotel and Dining

This was located in a great neighborhood but to call this a hotel was a stretch. The ac was a window unit and no heat. There is about 30 rooms, very old and needed cleaning. There is no one to talk to if you have issues with heat and hot water. Do not book through Hotel.com as this was non-refundable. You can checkout, leave but no refund.

A budget hotel in Miami ..no lift/escalator to carry your luggage upstairs...you have to lift it by yourself

I stayed here 5 nights and really enjoyed the rustic charm. This place has been a staple on North Beach since 1970 and you can just feel the nostalgia when you walk in. It made me feel like a real Mobster from the 70's. I felt like Madonna herself could walk through the doors at any moment. The Pub downstairs was lively and offers great deals on food for Guests and also a great Happy Hour Menu on weekdays. The decor in the rooms is vintage so don't expect anything too snazzy. Bed was very comfortable and the street noise didn't bother me in the slightest. My only complaint was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Will be back to Norman's for sure!

Enough room, service is fast, workers are sweet and fun!! I enjoyed my time especially for my birthday and it being late night

Absolutely horrible experience Booking.com states there was parking, there was no parking unless you want to wake up at 6am to move your vehicle. Within 4mins my truck was already hooked up to a tow truck. We arrived very late so we were told to pick our room key up at the bar. The server took about 15mins to locate our key, instead of inviting us in out of the cold wind for a drink and a potential tip she left us in the cold We chose to leave and lost $1800 CAN I do not recommend this hotel or bar at all
