Nordlig Motel

Very clean room, quiet area, conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Staff are pleasant to deal with. Owners are wonderful. Paul is an outdoorsman and knows the back country. They have special reservations for hunters who may tag out early. Reasonable rates. Definitely would stay there again.

The family business owners are friendly and accommodating. The place is older (est. 1975) but well kept, CLEAN, quiet and comfortable. The refridgerator, microwave, and hair dryer were nice. There are picnic tables outside for you to enjoy and the property is well kept and the lawns were nice. The breakfast/ gathering area is clean and comfortable with a couch and glider too. The price was reasonable. They allowed our dog to stay with us in our room. We would definitely stay here again!

All the rooms in Colville were booked so we ended up in Chewelah and it was so wonderful! Nordlig Motel is such a gem! Paul and Andi are the most wonderful hosts. The rooms are clean and they have quilts on the beds! The facility is well cared for and the small details aren't overlooked. Only a short walk to downtown. I'd much rather stay here than the casino and support local small business. I hope to be back again.

This is the first time staying here, and the room is cute, cozy, and clean. The blankets remind me of home, so that’s a huge plus. Especially the soft blankets. The owners are friendly and very helpful when we got checked in. We travel to Chewelah at least once a year, and this is the first time staying here. We always have stayed with family. But we might just change it up to staying here from now on. Thank you.

I picked this motel from the Google reviews. And I wasn’t disappointed. For a simple inexpensive motel it was great. Rooms were incredibly clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable with lots of nice blankets. Owner was very nice as well. Grounds are really well kept. As the motel is half a block off the main strip it is very quiet as well. Will definitely stay again if in the area. Can’t beat it for the price.
