Chewelah Creek Inn Motel

WOW, what a great stay! It's not the fanciest place I've been, but they have everything I would ask for from a hotel. Cozy, charming, and comfortable. The innkeeper was sweet enough to loan me something from her own kitchen when we couldn't find an ice bucket! Gorgeous creek and trees were the vista from the back balcony. Pet friendly as well and they even waived the pet fee when they saw 2 haggard dudes looking for a little respite after a hunting trip. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly owners, and quaint, comfortable, updated rooms. This place has charm, and I'll stay here anytime I'm in the area!

This place is very cute, has a creek right out the back door the owner is very friendly and if you need anything he is on top of it. Location is accessible also grocery store literally across the street. Been here for a couple of days so I’ll update before the weekend and update my review. But so far so good. Update: 8/16/2024 The rest of the week went well, everything you need is in walking distance. Restaurants grocery store also the park is all in walking distance. Will be going back next week due to my husband will be working up there for a couple more weeks. But now I know what to expect. If anyone stays there for a week or so I’d recommend taking something to cook on if you don’t want to eat out everyday. They do have small refrigerator’s in the rooms but the microwave is outside of

Known the owner for years!! Absolutely love going here.. strongly recommend it to anyone wanting to get away from it all and enjoy a decent hotel with a creek. During the summer you can find the owner by the creek, having a fire roasting marshmallows and hotdogs and burgers. Under normal circumstances it's a very family friendly hotel. Our second time staying here. It's not the Hilton but neither is the price for a room. We are going to make this an annual stay in our coming over the hills from Usk mushroom foraging. The staff are so friendly and helpful. After a long day it's nice to have a beer beside the crick that runs behind the place. It's not top notch but if you need a place to lay your head for the night, it's worth it
