The place is great for location! Loved it! The people who worked there were amazing The lobby smelled amazing The only problem i had was it needs a little bit of love and care when it comes to the furniture in the lobby the chairs were stained and dirty.. In the rooms the headboard was peeling the bathroom needed painting also it had mold. Once out the bathroom by the sink on the floor was a huge glob of mold.

I recently stayed at your hotel in New York and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share.||I had booked a room with *two single beds* for me and my brother, but upon arrival, we were given a room with *only one double bed*, which they were forced to share. I was informed that the room type I had booked was not available, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable.||Additionally, I had *requested a refrigerator in advance* to store my *insulin*, which is a medical necessity. Not only did the refrigerator *arrive a day late*—despite several complaints—but the *room flooded on the second day*, forcing us to move. The new room was identical (again, no single beds), and *no refrigerator* was provided. As a result, I *had no safe place to store her insul

I was in the city to do some shopping in SoHo. The aesthetics of the Nomo hotel appeared very trendy. The bellmen were very welcoming upon arrival. That’s where the positive experience ends. Upon check-in, I was being charged a higher price than the price charged to hold the room on my credit card. When I tried to question the discrepancies in the prices I was told the reservation was declined. I completely understand there are hotel fees, taxes, security deposit, but the total they were trying to charge was above that and the front desk clerk just talked in circles the more I questioned things. Come to find out my credit card (Amex) declined it due to fraudulent activity. It was so sketchy. I travel frequently and I have never had a check in experience like that. It left me with a very

I can't understand the many negative comments. The location is fantastic, in a safe area, the staff is very friendly (both on Christmas and New Year's!), the beds are comfortable, and the room service is excellent! The hotel entrance alone is beautiful, making it a pleasure to enter, and the restaurant is also very charming. We were very satisfied and would definitely return. Those sensitive to noise might find the air conditioning/heating a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me personally. The bathroom door couldn't be completely closed from the inside, but that was manageable as well. The refund of the deposit was seamless. I can recommend this hotel, and I've been in many.
