This was a horrible experience. The room was very much unsecured and dirty. Customer Serive is at an all time high of Negative! Upon coming into check in my reservation was canceled. Imagine flying into Miami to be homeless? I eventually was able to get my reservations reversed only because it wasn't canceled on Booking.com that saved my patootie! The photos talk for themselves. Other than that we loved our Miami excursions and the Beach. The location is perfect though. Thats about it. I do thank the 1 ypung man who checked me in that actually wanted to help me and my 19 yr old for her birthday trip.

I can’t say enough good things about the front desk receptionist at Nine20 Apartments. She is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She truly goes out of her way to accommodate anything she possibly can and makes you feel valued from the moment you walk in. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make a huge difference in the overall experience. Customer service like this is rare, and it does not go unnoticed!

I enjoyed my stay at this tech smart, easy and accommodating hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly including quiet guy at checkin and Medi at checkout. Location is very central and great for enjoy beach and all that SoBe has to offer. Nice spot so enjoy! (Stayed, Sun, Mar 22, 2006 to Wed, Mar 25, 2006)

This is definitely not a family-friendly place. We arrived around midnight, and the first thing we noticed was questionable activity taking place outside. Several women were scantily dressed, and there was a man openly negotiating prices with clients. I was traveling with my wife, my 15-year-old son, and my 8-year-old son, and it was extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing to bring them into that environment. We left after staying just one more night (thankfully).

Friendly staff and nice room , very close to the beach , had a great time !
