Night Hotel Broadway

I was here about a month ago the check-in process was very quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. The lobby is well-maintained, and the room itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable, and even with two beds, there was still plenty of space throughout the room. The only downside is that the restroom is a bit small, but aside from that, the room was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with a subway station right around the corner, about a 10-minute ride to Times Square, and Central Park only an 8-minute walk away. This was my first time visiting New York, and I had a great experience staying at this hotel. I would absolutely recommend it to family and friends and will definitely be booking here again when I return in June.

Heavily disappointed!!!!! This was my worst stay at this hotel!!! Erica checked me in and it's as though she gave me one of the worst rooms in the entire hotel. I almost had an anxiety attack! I had to leave before checkout to avoid getting catching a cold. The room she put me in had a low blowing heater but a working air conditioner that only blew out cool air! One of the windows was partially off track, blowing frigid air. The towel rack in the bathroom looked ripped off the wall. Not to mention the cable on the television shut off COMPLETELY sometime during the night, kicking up my anxiety. This experience was horrible. Would NOT recommend! The management at this hotel is absolutely ridiculous. My flight to New York was cancelled on 2/21 and I never even made it to New York for my reservation. I did the reservation through Priceline and while it did have a no-cancellation stipulation, these were extenuating circumstances. The hotel said I needed to ask Priceline to send an "email requesting cancellation," with proof of flight cancellation provided. They did so. A couple days later I got an email from Priceline that my request was denied. I called the hotel, spoke with a manager who was terribly unhelpful. He kept going round and round in circles saying, "We were unable to accept the request based on the information provided." I said, "Fine, what other information would you like?" He responded that he didn't have an answer and

I saw the Gold class rooms are recently renovated, the price is acceptable and we needed a twin bed room. So despite of the low ratings, we booked the hotel for 4 nights. It turns out really good. The room is clean and spacious, beds are comfortable. During our stay, it is overall quiet, especially at night. There is a low humming sound but it doesn’t affected us. We stayed in October so no AC is needed. Can’t tell if it would be loud if we leave it on. Staff is easy to talk to and helpful. We drove and parked the car in the parking lot the hotel suggested. We had a guest discount. For 4 days we paid $160 which is not bad in Manhattan. Interesting that the parking lot also got a very low rating. We were worried but it turns out to be alright too!

The hotel really exceeded my expectations! The staff were courteous and on point from the start to end. The room (two doubles) was clean and spacious. Finally the facilities were classy and the location conveniently located next to a subway stop. The only downsides were the elevator was slow and small and our bathroom door squeaky, all else good.
