They don’t even answer the phone all day or night. Was inquiring for a room for a course I have to Take coming from London and it goes to Voicemail telling you they will call back when they don’t. Great business you’re running there.

The location is nice and the rooms are OK for the price. However, the service is sub-par. I was given the wrong door code so couldn't get in my room when I first arrived. The maintenance/cleaning staff are good people and helped me get into the room, even though there was a language barrier. The first night was cold outside, so i froze under the thin comforter; didn't pack warm gear for a summer stay. the next nights were too hot because the A/C (the reason i chose to stay at this place) does not work. couldn't contact the owner, manager, or anyone that could help fix it, so just ended up leaving. the wifi worked, but cell reception is terrible. this should be advertised on their website, as most people would expect decent cell reception in niagara falls in 2025.

My wife and I stay there often whenever we plan a biking trip to the falls. Its nicely somewhat centered between the falls and Fort Erie. The owner Gary is a nice guy and always tries hard to keep people satisfied. Nice place, decent prices and always a nice experience. My wife Louise and I go there a lot and always have enjoyed our stay and always felt welcome.

Staying over winter months. Great view and hiking along river. Most places wouldn't accomodate having a dog. Room was adequate for the price. No TV, brought my own but WIFI was so slow I couldn't watch anything. The maintenance guys are very accommodating. No manager on site

The place above the towers by the waterfall was our favorite. We got there by bike. And my God! It was so beautiful there... Nature was just breathing. And it's rare to see something like that these days!
