The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help.Check-in was quick and made me feel very welcome. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained.The bed was comfortable, and I slept really well. For a budget-friendly stay, the quality exceeded my expectations. Overall, great value for money—I’d happily stay here again!

Absolutely disgusting place. Front desk is incredibly rude. Please report this place to BBB. They should not be running anymore. I have no words to describe this experience, so horrible. The sheets were used and dirty, the smoke detector did not work. Everything smelled of cigarettes. Not safe to stay here.

This hotel is terrible. I stayed for one week while in transit looking for homes and the entire place was full of marijuana smoke. Additionally, there were cockroaches in the suite and nobody ever came to clean or give fresh towels. I could not stay there for most of the days even though I had to work remotely because the internet never worked and the smell from the adjacent rooms was so bad I went to internet cafes. After I checked out they refused to return my deposit citing that I had smoked in my room. Avoid if you can. They only care about taking as much money from you as they can.

After staying at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview, we decided to extend our trip for one more night, but the hotel was fully booked. We looked for nearby options and found this place, just a short drive from the Falls, at a super affordable price. We were pleasantly surprised! The management was very kind and welcoming, and the hotel was much better than we expected. We also met a Mongolian housekeeper working there, and as you know, Mongolians are known for being hardworking, clean, and smart people. The room was spotless, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and budget-friendly place near Niagara Falls!

Love this hotel! Stayed here twice and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend! Very clean rooms and free parking.
