I am a Marriott loyalist with Gold Elite status. I decided I’d like to get away from Buffalo for my birthday and go over to Niagara Falls to have dinner and stay over. I booked a room with a superior view and it was a fantastic view!||Upon checking in online, I was asked if we were celebrating anything and any requests. I said it was my birthday and would love an upgrade, if available of course. They said thanks for celebrating with us and that my request was noted. When we arrived, we saw a long line for check in but had a reservation for Morton’s Grille and decided to have our bags held while we went to have dinner. I kept checking the app but I was never assigned a room or mobile key. So, I ended up having to go to the check in counter a couple hours later which didn’t take long in the
My stay was good overall, but it did not feel exceptional for the price. The highlight of the Executive Fallsview Suite was definitely the breathtaking view of Niagara Falls, which made the experience memorable. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. When we entered the room, the tissue box had not been refilled and we had to call reception to have it replaced. The room itself was comfortable and had the basic amenities expected, but I believe the toiletries could be improved. It would be helpful to include a dedicated face wash or an additional bar of soap, as guests should not have to use the same soap intended for handwashing for their face. We also opted for the breakfast included package, but the breakfast quality was disappointing. The pastries appeared to be froze
We came to Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa for a girls’ weekend with the goal of enjoying the spa and having a relaxing getaway, and overall it was a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Fallsview room along with early check-in, which was immensely appreciated. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view of the Falls was absolutely beautiful. One thing to be aware of is the cost of parking. Be prepared to pay a lot — we self-parked off-site and it was almost $60, which honestly blew my mind. Unfortunately, that seems to be unavoidable in the area. We did have a couple of minor room issues. Our water never got properly hot, and the shower was quite loud and noisy, which was a bit disappointing. Th
I booked this hotel for 1 night to attend a wedding. I chose the room with the tub so I could enjoy it after a long day of travel. An hour ahead of check-in time, they told me my room was ready. When I went into the room everything was cleaned except the tub, which had strands of women's hair near the drain and the whole tub was coated in the residue of a bath balm. I told the front desk I would be gone 5:30-10, if they could get someone to clean my room. When I went to use the shower and I didn't know that the seal under the door didn't work, it flooded the whole area. I needed 3 large towels to clean up all the water. I mentioned this also to the front desk but they said they didn't have any more of my room type. The included spa was a nice touch but in my opinion it has too small a cap
Marriott Fallsview was honestly such an amazing, boujee experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us so well. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It made the whole stay feel elevated. The view? Absolutely spectacular. Compared to most hotels in Niagara Falls, this one is next level. Waking up and seeing the Falls right there is unreal. If you’re paying to stay in Niagara Falls, this is where you should stay. It is 100% worth every penny. The only downside is parking. All of the parking is pretty far away. Even valet parking had my car about 15 minutes off-site, which was a little inconvenient. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to be aware of. Overall though, it was a beautiful stay and I would absolutely book there again. Luxury vibes
