NewYork-Presbyterian Guest Facility

We stayed at Helmsley Tower during my husband's surgery at HSS. The location adjacent to the hospital was so helpful. Additionally the whole staff was very helpful - from parking (what an angel!) to housekeeping, and in particular Taina who was understanding, kind, and accommodating when my husband’s medical status made a change of our length of stay. We will definitely be back if ever again in the hospital there! Thank you so much!!!

This hotel is excellent! It is for people visiting New York hospitals, and the service shows. The rooms are apartments with a full kitchen and very reasonably priced.

It's once in a lifetime that I'll be able to say this all-out this place any place for that matter but not once have I ever had a bad experience here & not one complaint-encounters with any of their doctors or staff. I can honestly say I actually look forward to my Dr. appointments here. Just up above & beyond services!

This is also called Helmsley Medical Tower Hotel. During our stay, we had a 1 bedroom King Apt. - meaning a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen. It was competitively priced for NYC.||Tips for first-time guests: The only identification on the building from the street is “The Helmsley Medical Tower.” So, there is no point in looking for New York-Presbyterian Guest Facility, as it is commonly referred to. I will also repeat what another reviewer mentioned. They do not use bedspreads or comforters over the sheets and the one blanket. There was an extra blanket in the closet, which we needed. Next time, we will bring an electrical extension cord. The outlet in the lamp by the bed didn’t work.||GOOD: The space was roomy, except for the tiny bathroom. The kitchen was functional. Our roo

If you have family members staying at the local hospitals, the convenience is unmatched. I was able to walk over to MSK morning at night and always felt safe. It was a 3 minute walk. They helped me book another 2 nights when my spouse unexpectedly had to stay longer in the hospital. I was able to store my luggage at checkout until he was discharged later that afternoon. If I had stayed in an Airbnb, this wouldn’t have been an option. Just something to consider when you already have enough stress;). There is also a small kitchen with a full size fridge. So glad this place is available.
