Neptune House

Our unit is always clean and fresh. We like being on the third floor and being able to see the beautiful sunsets or enjoy a bit of stormy or rainy weather from the comfort of our unit. Sam is wonderful. The unit is immaculate, always well-kempt. The people who do the cleaning do a great job and are always pleasant when we see them. I am a nature lover and I like the way preservation is taken seriously. If one is looking for peace, beauty, and serenity, Block Island's Neptune House is the place to be in the fall.

Alli and I chose the Neptune on Block Island to be our honeymoon and our first days together as newlyweds, and we couldn't have been happier with this choice! Grace and Sam were incredibly kind, communicative, and made us feel truly welcome. This was my favorite place I have ever been to, and being able to see such intense Northern Lights here will be something that we'll always remember. We loved how the Neptune was nestled in a picturesque setting, while still being a very short bike ride into town. We also thought it was remarkable to see small planes landing so close by! We have been coming here for years and own 2 timeshare units at the Neptune House. The facilities are always clean and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful, private and the pool/tennis courts make this a wonderful family destination.

We have owned a Neptune House timeshare since 1992 and love staying there for our week in August every year. The kitchen is so handy for preparing our own meals when we do not want to eat out. The outdoor pool and firepit are great to use, and the beds are so comfortable. The WiFi has been updated and is strong and reliable. It is truly a home away from home. Actually better than home because we have extra amenities and a helpful staff.

We have been coming for at least 20 years and think this is the best bargain on the island. Not only are the accommodations excellent, but there is a tennis/pickle ball court and a swimming pool. The property is also an easy walk into the center of the town of Shoreham, the ferry, the main beach and the grocery store. ||||We have introduced three couples to the Island, and they come back every year, one has even bought their own house, and one has bought a unit at the Neptune. We have also gotten to know some of the other residents whose weeks overlap with ours.
