Barrington Inn

This was our first time at The Barrington. What a spectacular place! Kristina (who just might be the nicest person ever) greeted us promptly upon our arrival and gave us a simple rundown on the surrounding area, places to see, spots to eat at, etc. She was always available for any questions and she makes the most perfect bacon. Every single day the breakfast was divine and a welcome start to another gorgeous day. Highly recommend. The view from the shared deck is stunning!

Another amazing vacation at The Barrington. Centrally located so that we had easy walking to New Harbor, Old Harbor and Town Beach. Panoramic views of the island from the deck. Christina is a wonderful InnKeeper with great advice on where to go and where to avoid. Breakfasts are tasty and our room was spacious and cleaned every day. This was our third year visiting and we liked it so much our daughter and her husband joined us for a few days.

My boyfriend and I stayed here and absolutely loved it! Kristina and her team were very nice and accommodating!! We stayed in room 5 which had a beautiful view from the shared back deck and had comfortable couches and blankets for at night. Although we were suppose to put in a breakfast order the night before (we forgot most nights since we were here for a friends wedding and had lots of events going on) Kristina still reached out every morning just to make sure we didn't need anything. We visit Block Island often and plan to stay here again! Thank you Kristina and everyone who made our stay amazing!!

My fiancé and I stayed at the Barrington Inn for three nights, and it was nothing short of amazing! Kristina and her team made us feel so welcomed and truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The decks at the inn offer the most beautiful views of the island, and the location made it easy to explore everything we wanted. Each day, we were treated to a complimentary breakfast, charcuterie spread, and even a bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! Housekeeping kept the inn clean and replenished bathroom items daily. An amazing week on Block Island. We have been visiting the island for decades and have stayed in many charming and comfortable inns. This was our second visit to The Barrington, which is located just up the hill in New Harbor. Beautiful views, terrific breakfasts, bright and quiet rooms plus our wonderful hosts Kristina and Stuart. They know the vibe of the island very well and are always ready with excellent suggestions for shopping, night life, restaurants and anything else you need. The Barrington is a short walk to Town Beach and provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. After a fun day of sun and salt water, a bottle of wine and some light snacks are waiting in your room. A perfect spot for couples and families with kids ! We have already booked our 2025 stay !!!!
