This building is an old hotel/motel turned into little efficiency apartments. These are small/affordable all utilities included with the rent units. They are a nice solution to the problem lower income citizens have in Anniston. Like I said it's a small complex but it's very well maintained and clean. You can see the pride either the owner or the manager has about his business
The owner is very nice and will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your stay.
Very cozy place. People friendly tenants
It's sorta run down it could use some work
Dirty looking,shady people...not my first choice
