Coldwater Camp & Cabins

Three of us stayed there over a 2 day trip to experience riding the trails. The trailhead was directly accessible across the campsites we setup camp at. Everything was clean and tidy from the camping pad or platforms to the bathrooms and grouns. The community area is great to hang out at night and has comfortable accommodations. Clint let us check in earlier than scheduled and we overstayed our checkout time by few minutes. Great location and trails. We rode just about every trail there is and they are all awesome and well maintained as well. Already have plans to go back in a year or two.

Had a great time at our cabin! Came with towels for the shower room and chairs for the fire! Cabin had a little sink out back which was great! Very peaceful and the trail was right behind our cabin! Definitely worth staying at. Hope to be back again soon! 🤙🏽

When you travel around the country to mtn bike you always hope that you find little gems like Coldwater Cabins and Camp. Where to begin: Clint (the owner) is exactly the type of person you want to deal with, he's there when you need him and not hanging around when you don't need him. He takes very good care of his campground, and even better care of his guests! Nice community building for groups to gather, with a large outdoor firepit area. His rates are very reasonable. Over 50 miles of trails available right out your door. (Especially fun trails are Red Clay Buffet and Trillium) I could go on and on, but you get the point!

What a great place!!!! If you like Bougee camping this is the spot. Cabins are beautiful. The bathrooms are awesome! Right on the trials, minutes from stores, restaurants and the bike shop. Brooklyn and Clint do an amazing job and are so much fun to hang out with. Can't wait to bring my wife next time!

Our stay was wonderful! We came from Chattanooga for the OneWorldCanineRun. We had originally booked a different site, because we never saw this one. We got to our original site and did not feel safe. We found Coldwater and did not hesitate to book with them instead!! The owner was so helpful and friendly! We stayed at the tent site area and enjoyed the privacy and comfort! The bathrooms alone were so worth it, that made our visit so much better!! We will back next year!
