Good clean rooms. Up to date on most stuff. The only problem I had was on the day of checkout. We had two separate rooms for a birthday weekend get together. We checked out of one room and our friend was keeping the other for another night so we went into his room to visit. The management or owners were very rude and unprofessional with the way they talked to us. Tried to kick us out of the room like we were trying to all stay in that room. I tried to explain what we were doing but they wouldn't listen and were just RUDE. I'll stay again if needed because it's clean and not many motels are in that area.

We had to stay after storms knocked power out for 2 days. First night I killed 2 bugs but they were close to the door, but the second day they starting crawling over the walls, bed, counter. After killing 8 or 9 we packed up and left around 5pm. I mentioned it to the person at the desk and was told they have someone spray monthly. After telling me that they took the card and walked away. We didn't need to throw $80 away but I was not going to allow my family to stay there with roaches crawling over everything.

I spent a night here before riding the Chief Ladiga trail. The motel is just down the street from the trail head. It is basic but clean, which is more important to me than lots of frills. We had dinner at a Mexican restaurant within walking distance. (We had no car, as we were doing a one-way.ride, so we shuttled to the starting point.) There don't seem to be any convenience stores in the immediate vicinity and the vending machines were mostly empty, so if you want particular snacks or beverages, try to bring them with you. But for starting a rude on the trail it's an excellent location.

I thought this hotel was great, especially for the price! One of the cheapest in the area, very clean, shower was newly renovated and very spacious. Smelled fresh and clean too, will definitely stay again!

We stayed 2 nights for an ACA Mountain Bike race and had zero issues,though all we really did was sleep there, as we were at Ft Mcclellan all day. We felt safe enough, the room was clean enough, water was hot, shower pressure was good, staff seemed nice, though the extent of my interaction was a friendly smile here and there. The only thing that prevented me from giving the room 5 stars is the fact that there was literally no blanket on either bed. Just a fitted sheet, flat sheet and an empty duvet. Thankfully, we always travel with blankets and pillows. Unfortunately, those items were with me, and my husband and boys arrived the day before me and froze the first night. Overall, for the price I have no complaints.
