ND Indoor RV Park

This is a very nice RV park! They have outside spots too! The staff is all very nice and helpful! The recreation room has pool tables, exercise equipment, washers and dryers, vending machines, movies to rent, mailboxes and a TV! Pets are welcome and the rates are pretty reasonable!

Nice office staff and the outside staff wonderfully helpful. Laundry facilities lacking, small machines that are not very efficient. Inside bays make a world of difference here in the winter, no worries of freezing. Bays are smelly due to mold, but an easy trade off from the weather. The darkness does take a bit to get used to tho, additional inside lighting would be a bonus. Must always use inside trailer lights. Can not use gas furnaces as it IS indoors, but a small heater is all it takes to keep the trailer warm. Common room has small kitchenette, tables and chairs, TV lounge area, two pool tables (filthy and are for pay), little kiddy area and one dart board. My husband had been staying at this facility for quite some time and was very happy with everything, the staff was great, absolutely no problems. He was involved in an accident and the office staff bent over backwards to help us get his belongings and camper organized for relatives to pull them out as his recovery is months long. They even took care of our cat until the relatives got there. He plans on staying there again once he is recovered. Highly recommend this place for long term.

I stayed there last winter. Everything they say is true, but what really happens is: 1. The garage doors at my location didn't close tight so it got down near freezing on cold nights. 2. I needed to buy an electric heater since propane heat is not allowed for heating. 3. Park maintenance plugged the roof vents but did not re-install the covers. I'm doing that now. 4. It snowed a lot last winter. You will need s 4WD vehicle. It's also muddy when it melts. 5. Rent is fair for indoor living but 500$ deposit? Now they charge 50$ extra a month if you don't pay deposit. Management and staff were nice. Refunded deposit.

I have not even been here a month and I will be moving soon. I will never tell anyone about this place. The lady's in the office are very nice they are not the reason I'm complaining it is the maintenance guy they have he is very rude and for the amount of money I'm paying them he could be a bit nicer. I don't like the fact that we have to keep our $400 grill out side and you can't put a deep freeze or a smaller fridge under the fifth wheel I also don't like how my camper sets in the bay I have to go ask to leave when I want to leave so they can pull my camper out I understand that they have rules and I will be more than happy to abide by them but they just have way to many stupid ones.
