Customer Reviews
Stayed here for multiple months on an I-Stop. This Navy Inn is like any other DoD/DoW accommodation, the facilities themselves are trash, but the staff is great. ||The front desk is great and made check in a breeze. The housekeeping staff is timely and respectful. Our favorite housekeeper, Nicol, was always kind and took care of whatever we needed with a smile. Each one of our appliances broke (fridge, microwave, stove, sink disposal), but the maintenance staff was super responsive when we had issues. Not every room has environmental controls, but the front desk made sure we had had one with a heater. The internet is barely acceptable and definitely not intended for extended use by people here for a long time (kicks you off every 24hours), and if you ever do get on it’s pretty spotty to pu
Mary Lou at the front of one of the nicest workers there. I’ve stayed here multiple times and she has always been helpful and beyond welcoming to my husband and me. We we switch bases in the future I will definitely miss visiting the inn because of Mary Lou. She always remembers us even when I’m not visiting my husband and he checks in for a break off the boat. Mary Lou has also met my service dog Benji. She has always shown professionalism and is eager to help. My four star rating isn’t due to Marylou. House keeping without fail every stay during the morning of check out will knock and wake us up 7-9am. That’s my only complaint.
Absolutely unbeatable location – that alone makes this stay worth it. Everything I needed was close by, and it made my trip smooth and convenient. The rooms themselves are solid, comparable to what you’d expect from a good 3–4 star hotel: clean, comfortable, and well-kept. For the rate they offer, you simply can’t find a better value. Service was professional and efficient, and I had zero issues during my stay. Overall, a great balance of price, quality, and convenience – highly recommend.
I didn’t catch the name of the person that answered and the co-worker but they made a rude comment, thinking that I wasn’t able to hear her, asking why I couldn’t make the reservation sooner. Things happen that we can’t control, but what we can control is being nice… rude front desk staff.
NO HEAT!! There is no heating system at this facility until November. The door to our suite takes an NFL player to open it. Been here 5 days and zero room service. Oh , yesterday they literally dropped off some towels that were left in a heap in the room. The old towels were left where they were. Pick someplace else.
