Room keys work after several tries on a good day. Severe frame rot on bathroom doors

Came out here TAD and my stay couldn’t have been worse. There were hundreds of beetles/cockroach looking things everywhere. The AC was working at maybe 50% capacity, honestly looked like blood stains behind the end table, holes in the wall. Room temp was never below 78-80 degrees during the hottest week of the summer so far. The staff are nice but not even sure these buildings are up to code. There is a wide open door around the corner with a huge drop off which is a major accident waiting to happen. I wouldn’t recommend any command letting their Sailors stay here for any amount of time. I will be letting our command know immediately so we don’t let our junior sailors live in conditions like this. Unacceptable. I wish I would have taken more pix but this is just some of it. Bugs EVERYWHERE. Tried 3 different rooms in 3 different buildings. All of them had beetles and roaches. They were even in the sheets. I won’t be coming back.

Great spot! Clean rooms. However beyond their control.. crickets are everywhere... Understand they may come in your room but their music put me to sleep.. 😂. Grounds were clean and well maintained. Highly recommend

It has been a few years since we stayed, but we have been there about 15 times and every time was a good one. Facilities were nice and the price was great. Like the security of a military base while travelling. The club has good food at very fair prices. Will stay again when we get a chance.
