Days Inn by Wyndham El Centro

Really surprised this is Wyndham. The room was ok. The bathroom sink was busted, bathtub and floor were pretty dirty. They have contractors in the other rooms hanging out on balconies being loud and drinking. Thank goodness the AC was loud enough to drown them out.

This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff are friendly and responsive. Rooms have been updated. We stay at the El Centro Days Inn often and are satisfied customers. Location is near shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, etc.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wasn’t a guest at the motel, but I wanted to leave a note of appreciation for the front desk staff, Nona. She went above and beyond to help me and my husband with something we needed urgently and was so kind and accommodating. Her genuine helpfulness left such a great impression — exceptional service like that deserves recognition! Thank you, Nona, for your outstanding service! We appreciate you!

Absolutely horrible building conditions. Rude, loud, and inconsiderate guests. There is an active leak in the bathroom, looks like the ceiling is falling apart, and the front desk does not answer for emergencies. No emergency maintenance or contact number is listed. It's 23:00 and people are stomping around upstairs and yelling in the parking lot. Trash. Complete trash all around. I will never stay at one of these again, regardless of location. Staff is nice and breakfast was decent, but I should have switched hotels.

Positive: Bed Negative: Refrigerator was broke and noisy, ice machines were broken, no one at the front desk, the room smelled bad, you could see daylight through the door, worst hotel of my experience, and I traveled frequently for work.
