Probably should be 2 stars to be honest. But lets start by saying some good before we get to the bad... It was clean for the most part. Bedding was clean and there were no foul smells. Check in was very easy and easy instructions to follow to get to the cabins them selfs. The bad... We stayed in the "sycamore" cabin. The cabin had very minimum hot water, im talking you can not fill the bathtub up all the way before it runs out. (What is the point of the tub?) Blankets on the couch had MASSIVE holes in it due to mice? The cabin it's self is pretty cold and you can see through the walls to the outside. The propane fire place doesn't light on its own, the igniter is broken so you need a lighter and this was difficult for us because we dont smoke. The plug in the bathroom is ruined and the plu

We had an amazing stay at the Natural Bridge Cabin Company! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The wood interior and loft gave it that true cabin feel, and the deck with the hot tub and chairs was perfect for relaxing in the woods. Everything was exactly as advertised—Wi-Fi, comfortable furniture, and a super clean bathroom with fresh linens and towels. The location is peaceful and scenic, but still close enough to everything at Natural Bridge. It really felt like a home away from home. The staff made booking easy and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing cabin getaway. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the second time that we have stayed with Natural Bridge Cabins (Debbie). Debbie has been an absolute amazing person. She’s very accommodating, extremely sweet and completely understanding. If you want somewhere to go that’s very friendly please please book with them on their website. You will not be disappointed. she gets all five stars every room that we have cabin that we have stayed in has been clean and very neat. Thank you. The kind of people you pray to deal with!! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!!

We are staying in Cumberland (cabin 1) for Valentine's weekend. It is in a convenient location, close to everything. It has plenty of privacy, a great hot tub and is a comfortably decorated cabin. It could use a new coffee maker but there is a great coffee shop right up the street.

We loved our stay! It was a last minute getaway. We called, they had the Jordan cabin available and we are so glad they did. The owner was so thoughtful. Left so many notes and treats for us and the pets. Had water ready on the porch for the animals, cookies baked, even complimentary eggs for us. She literally thought of everything even flowers, how sweet. Firewood ready and also available for purchase. We loved it. Totally recommend
