Positive: Was surprised it had a microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot, which was not on the website main desk, people are very nice and friendly Negative: Only had waffles and cereal for a continental breakfast very disappointing. The room was not cleaned. Had to go get her own towels and wash claws

Room is dirty. That made us feel uncomfortable. Dust. Bathroom is dirty. Bedsheet stained and hole. Chair is loosing. Also no toliet papers and only provide 2 towels so i had to go and get more. No Door Security Guard that made us feel unsafe due us being deaf. They did offered that they can put it back but we are too tired and dont want any company. So not deaf friendly for sure. I booked this bc cheapest price that I can find but not worthy for over $100 for all that studf i mentioned

We had to stay here for several months after our house burnt down and they charged us $3,000 a month for 2 adults and a yorkie and a indoor cat. We also had a pink iPad, a iPhone, 1 apple computer and a polorid camera stolen from our room within a week. We also saw roaches in several rooms so in no way would I recommend this hotel especially with items being stolen and the amount of money they charge people yet still have roaches in the rooms!?! I am filling a police report and a report with the hotel staff as well!

We stayed here because nicer hotel had 2 night minimum. Looked sketchy from outside and for a reason. The staff were very friendly and helpful but that don't always make up for the bad. First of all the toilets were dirty and not cleaned from the prior visit. My wife went to office to get cleaning supplies and cleaned it herself. Everything is old and not taken care of well although I do have to say that the beds were comfortable. We checked the mattress for bed bugs and none were present. The continental breakfast was a waffle only although it was good along with the coffee. Would not stay here again.

I've stayed multiple times over the past year. There's always a little something not quite right in the rooms (flickering vanity light, cover missing on light fixture, squealing shower faucet, etc) BUT the rooms are clean and pest-free, towels and bedding are fresh, the wifi is fast, and the other guests are generally quiet at all hours. Staff is friendly and prices are good, so I don't mind the little things
