My husband and I were just in Napa for a wedding and stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Overall we were very pleased. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful when we checked in. We were in a garden view room, which was quiet and comfortable. Yes, the rooms are on the more dated side, as others have said in reviews. But they felt pretty on par for rooms at the standard Marriott brand hotels (regarding some of the other reviews, I think it’s important to remember that this is just one line within the broader Marriott Bonvoy umbrella). The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The hotel grounds were nice and well maintained. We spent a couple hours at the pool, which is nicely designed and relaxing. My one complaint is that the lighting in the rooms isn’t great, pa
I stayed at the Marriott Napa Valley and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The hotel feels just like home spacious, clean rooms and plenty of activities to enjoy whether you're traveling with a partner or friends. From wine tastings to ping-pong tables and a darts board, there’s always something fun to do. But without a doubt, the main reason I would return is the service. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Blossom, the hotel’s manager an incredibly kind and charming person who made our already wonderful stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel 100%, and I will definitely be coming back soon.
Well on the outside the hotel is pretty and clean but thats it . The hotel is not at all equipped with adequate staff . i was there aroung 18th to 20th dec 2025 . It was raining and the weather was bad . The hotel doesnt serve breakfast buffet - optional though not part os the cost though it was expensive . imagine in this kind of weather the hotel didn't have a single umbrella . How and why a ,arriott chain knowing the weather wont have umbrellas . Then the guy serving wine in wine hour was the most sulky guy i have seen serving wine that too in a place like napa where people go for wines only . He was serving as if he was forced to do his job as a routine . Lost interest in drinking wine . The hoteland staff lacked basic hospitality and warmth . Was so glad to leave the hotel as it felt
I stayed for three nights in October as part of a girls trip. I have told admit that. Was a little nervous about how nice or not nice the hotel would be. What a great surprise I had! ||It started with the front desk. I don’t know who owns this particular Marriott, but they are fortunate to have Blossom greeting visitors at the front desk. She was super friendly and gave us great info about the hotel. She truly started our stay in a positive way. ||Yes, as other reviewers have said, the hotel is a little older. However, I found that the hotel had many updates in terms of the rooms and public spaces. Great pillows in the room, a lovely patio with its own fireplace, a view of a garden with interesting art, Molton Brown bath products. ||Happily, the M Lounge is open 24 hours per day. Plenty o
This hotel is a fine place to stay. It's not amazing, but it's not terrible. We got a discount on the daily room rate due to my conference being held at the hotel, so it made it more reasonable. Our king bed room was clean and worked fine for us. There was a full length mirror outside the bathroom which was nice. The lighting was a little dim. The bed comfort was average. It was cool weather when we were visiting. It is probably more enjoyable in the summertime when it's warmer to be able to enjoy the grounds and pool (although the pool is heated). The current construction is a little annoying too, but when that is done, I'm sure it will be nicer as well. The staff was very friendly and kind, including the manager who greeted us each day and told us to contact her with any issues during o
