My Place Hotel-Cheyenne, WY

Nice, comfortable lay out. Wish the room had dishes and cookware but it's got a two burn stove and a refrigerator to hold beer.

Great place to stay. The whole place was clean. Our room was clean, did not have smells, comfortable bed. There was no noise in the hotel at night. Front desk staff kind and helpful! You do need to provide your own cookware. The refrigerator is a large mini with a decent freezer space.

Room was very nice however I was under the impression that with a stove, fridge and microwave you could fix and eat meals but there was no equipment to cook with, no utensils, or dishes . The toilet paper was harsh. It was quite noisy, planes, trains and barking dogs. The room was clean and folks were very nice and helpful.

The customer service we experienced was rude, we booked our rooms 6 months in advance paid online however at check in they did not have the size rooms we booked available. After hours we finally took a smaller room, which we were then charged additionally for. At this time we paid for 3 rooms however only had 2 rooms one which was not appropriate size for our group. We were not placed together, the customer service was asked many time for management who is apparently ONLY available on wednesdays. The gentlemen that was there most of the time we were there was rude, had a very verbal arugument cusing and screaming at someone over the phone while my family was in the lobby. I had never heard of this hotel until yesterday when I booked via American Airlines…and had a very bad experience with another hotel in Cheyenne (La Quinta) last year, so I was skeptical. I couldn’t have been more wrong. It was super clean, plenty of parking and the room was spacious and had a full sized refrigerator with ice maker. Beds were large and comfortable, and the room/property was quiet. It was nice that their policy is No Smoking within 25 of the building. Upon checkout, the front desk manager, Brian, was super friendly…we’re both veterans so we had a pleasant chat and he made sure I had a good fresh coffee for my drive. Highly recommend this place over the national chain hotels in the area.
