Munras Inn

We really enjoyed our stay here! I was apprehensive because I had a negative experience at another Inn a while back. I was pleasantly surprised with Munras Inn! The central location made it easy to walk to eat, get coffee, go to the wharf, etc. Our room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We always at Munras inn due location our favorite places when visiting the Monterey area. We also enjoy the open beam ceilings and spaciousness of the rooms. Highly recommend.

The staff were so nice and the room was comfortable. The Inn offered a pleasant stay and easy access to restaurants, cafes, the beach, etc. It isn't measurably better than any of the other motels on Munras, though (which are slightly less expensive, and include breakfast :)).

Stayed here three nights while attending a conference at Portola Plaza and it was perfect. Upper floor room with vaulted ceiling, comfortable bed, clean room. Room had keurig coffee maker and good coffee, a microwave, a refrigerator, etc. I did not find a safe in the room, which would’ve been nice but i kept a do not disturb on the door and nothing was ever disturbed. Staff was very nice also. Lovely stay.

honestly staff was really nice and rooms were clean. i think i was just unlucky and got assigned to a corner room with windows directly out to the street where people can see directly into the room 😅 the beds were ok, but i wished they gave real pillows instead of sofa square pillows. although clean, it gave an eerie vibe 🥴 maybe the color or lighting idk…… only rec if you’re not coming solo
