InterContinental the Clement Monterey by IHG

Me and My Husband Stayed for Our 14th Wedding Anniversary. The Service was Wonderful, and The Hotel was Amazing. We did alot of First's car valet, bellhop. They upgraded our Room to the Presidential Suite, Also free breakfast for the 2 days we where there also 2 free Drinks. The area Was Exciting to see everything. Bubba Gumps was Right next door, the food is always Wonderful.

Such a beautiful hotel with a great staff. They remembered us the minute we walked in. The amenities are incredible. They brought us extra pillows, blankets robes and slippers retreated like royalty. The rooms are very comfortable in and it s in beautiful location. I just can't say enough about this hotel. The restaurant is excellent.By the way, I highly recommend staying here.

Had a great stay at the Intercontinental Monterey Bay. Rooms are extremely clean and elegant. Entire hotel is beautiful and the service was fantastic. My only issue is I was assigned a room that required me to walk across a bridge and then take a second elevator. Still a great hotel and will stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable and facing the ocean. It was very quiet and we had the best night’s sleep. The check-in process was quick and easy and the breakfast was alacarte. Fresh and tasty. Being diamond members we picked that as our amenity. We highly recommend this property. It is adjoining to the world famous aquarium. The staff were very friendly and courteous (including the valet guys who greet you at the entrance).

Positive: The shower was great and the promptness of housekeeping. Negative: We heard screaming kids and parents, thumping from upstairs, fireplace kept turning itself off, no room in fridge to put food, asked for emailed receipt and did not receive one, bed was sunken in and kind of hard.
