Moxy NYC Lower East Side

The Moxy is one of the best hotels i’ve been too! Starting with check in, Jess had the most wonderful energy! Interacting with her was joyful and fun. She even gave me two free drinks for my bday! The Bar and Highlight room in the hotel are beautiful and convenient to have available during the cold winter months. There’s so much to experience without leaving the hotel. The hotel location is near soho and perfect for exploring. I also loved my room! I had the executive city view guest room on the 9th floor and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean and spacious enough for two people. The price is definitely worth it! Jeremy and Jorenz were also very kind and provided water bottles and offered late check out. I appreciate all the staff being so kind and courteous!

First time staying at the Moxy LES and it was great! Firstly, the customer service was exceptional throughout my time there, big shoutout to Jeremy and Bernie! It was consistent and always helpful, one of the most critical things about a hotel is the staff and they did it right. The rooms are expected size for nyc, so they're tight but they have most things you'd need and are clean. It would be nice if they could fit in a kettle to make tea or coffee in your room; everything else hit the mark. And there was even scheduled water maintenance on one of my days that didn't end up disrupting me anyway so that was nice. Elevators were fast enough, they're that new style where you press a button when calling it and no buttons inside. Thermostat worked well for winter weather. The hotel is quiet,

A long weekend for my Birrthday at the Moxy Bowery was absolutely incredible. The team went above and beyond in every way. From check in to check out, we felt completely cared for. The room is NY perfect and every inch is well thought out. Bed, shower, ahhhh-maazing! Being from NYC, we were pleasantly surprised at the awesome water pressure lol. Some staff stand outs: Jess. She’s in complete control of this hotel, wow. Jess does it all!! I felt like I was leaving a good friend today but know I will return. Gus. Gus made sure everyone at this hotel is safe and that there’s no nonsense at this establishment. Finally, Alex and Mario at The Fix. Had a great experience for my girlfriends 19th birthday, the room had an amazing view of the city, very clean, a nice overhead light above the bed with a dimming switch, a steamer for clothes, a nice sliding door shower and a mini fridge if you request it. The staff was amazing all around but specifically at the front desk Sincere, David and the manager Sydney were great help with anything we needed, even upgrading us when we wanted to stay another night. I would also recommend going to sake no Hana in the same building for a great dining experience.

My daughter stayed here alone while interviewing for jobs in the city, and she said she felt very safe. One feature she especially appreciated was the elevator system: guests select their floor with their key before entering, and the system assigns a specific elevator, so you’re not sharing the ride with strangers. There were many women her age in the lobby and common areas, which helped create a comfortable environment. The hotel is hip and very clean, with multiple bar and lounge areas where guests can work, study, or socialize. She also said the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and respectful, consistently greeting her and helping with doors. Kudos to the Moxy for taking such good care of my kid.
