As someone who’ve worked in hospitality for years I was pleasantly surprised how positive, professional and warm the staff was at every interaction. I mean, from the bell man, to cleaning staff to the receptionists… kudos, well trained staff who are obviously passionate and enthusiastic about their job. From check in, to check out the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is chic and modern yet cozy. Thought there isn’t much activities at the property due to the COVID restrictions and they have recently reopened, the location is quite central. Accessible transportation and subway quite close (5mins walk). Complimentary hot beverages, refreshments and snacks provided each day for breakfast. I was initially booked for 2days and had a flight delay during the thanksgiving hol

yes, the rooms are small, but thats not really a problem if you actually like the people youre on holiday with. 🤪 the room had an amazing view and everything we needed. all the staff we encountered was very nice. we enjoyed the free breakfast and free drip coffee from 6-7am! the location of the hotel is insanely amazing; fulton street subway is just around the corner, it gets you everywhere you want. theres a cvs and starbucks closeby and its just a short walk to the 9/11 memorial. i would definitely rebook.

Great hotel with a great vibe. Really clean rooms and bar with well made drinks. Big shout out to Robert, on concierge he was very kind and hospitable. Breakfast is good. Lots of things to do nearby such as eateries and Wall Street is a stone through away. Nearest tube station is 2 mins away and very easy to get into central manhattan.

Great boutique hotel in downtown Manhattan! Excellent location with easy access to attractions and transit. Rooms are compact but cleverly designed with modern style. Service was friendly though somewhat limited compared to traditional hotels. The vibe is energetic and fun, perfect for younger travelers. Common areas and bar are vibrant and social. Check-in was smooth and staff was helpful. Rooms were clean but smaller than expected. Location truly makes up for the size - walkable to everything. Good value for downtown NYC. Perfect for travelers who prioritize location over room size. Would stay again!
