Mountain View Campground

This place is amazing!!! The mountain views are unbelievable. It is the most quiet, clean, and convenient campground we have ever stayed at. They have various events going on within the campground for the guest continously. There is a gathering area porch with rocking chairs to take in the amazing views along with an inside game and sitting room. Also, are extremely CLEAN bathrooms/bath house and a laundry room. There is a live entertainment room with the most comfortable theatre seats. Louie, PJ and Peanut are spectacular hosts. We will be making this a yearly tradition.

As soon as we arrived we were treated as family. Louie checked us in showed us to our site and a few minutes later he was back to help with our leveling system (we were brand new to camping). Once we were settled in we looked over activities planned for everyday. We then had the pleasure of meeting PJ and Peanut riding around on the golf cart. Louie and PJ, his wife are the owners but Peanut, their adorable fur baby really runs the show. They have community fire pit that has a beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Although each campsite does come with a fire ring and picnic table at your site. Group settings with music trivia, karaoke, open mic, and special quest entertainment at the music barn. There’s also ping pong table, horseshoes and corn hole. The dog run is very clean and well kept

One word: WOW! The view of the mountains, the vibrant foliage, and the distant howls of wolves was absolutely breathtaking. The scenery was so peaceful, and the campground host was incredibly welcoming. Thank you for making it feel like home away from home!

This place is absolutely the best place I have ever camped at. From the time that you arrive, your host will meet you and have all the paperwork ready. He explained all the nearby activities and the campground activities also. The host goes over and above the typical campground host, to make sure your stay is perfect. We will definitely be traveling back here to stay.

This was our first time staying at this campground, and we had a lovely experience overall. The owner, Louie, was very kind and welcoming. He even gave us a free sticker, which was such a nice surprise! We love collecting stickers from every campground we visit, and we were planning to buy one—so his gesture really meant a lot to us. We stayed at Site 11, which was very nice and had plenty of shade—perfect for us since we have two small pets. The site was clean and well-maintained, with beautiful mountain views all around. The only downside to our stay was a bit of an uncomfortable moment with the neighboring campers.
