Hiawassee RV Campground

Irene was very accommodating very friendly. Meet us at entrance in golf cart we got turned around showed us wonderful clean cottage. Nice quiet clean park. Close to everything. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely amazing lady that runs this place she is the sweetest your not going to find a better place to rent! The bathrooms are well kept and actually clean unlike some places

Nice quiet community 👌.... been there for a month already 👍 Only down fall is my site is full of nails (That I pick up daily.. **Thats a bag full of Nails) So I can't park on side of camper... then the other entrance is a mud pit even after they put more gravel down the other day... They must of ran out or something 😫

This RV site is kept clean and orderly. The staff were courteous. Irene (site mgr) was very helpful and kind. She kept us informed of all current events in the area. This is a small park right off of US 76, hence there is traffic noise on occasion. Traffic slows down around 10pm so it doesn’t interrupt sleep. The Park uses rocks instead of fine gravel, so your rig stays cleaner, but there was a problem with the grading for the septic hose. We had to pile up the rock, and use a few small small storage bins for support to maintain proper flow. We stayed here for a month. There are lots of hiking trails in the area. The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds, Lake Chatuge, and a beach are right down the street. Staying here was quite the adventure.

Ms Irene is awesome ! She made reservations and check in so smooth. This campground is so neat and clean. Also - so close to everything 😀 We can’t wait to plan another trip !!
