Nice cabins outside of town, Sarah the manager was very kind and professional. You can tell she takes pride in what she does and works hard to keep everyone happy and the place looking nice. I found out she only started there 4 month ago and is working hard to turn things around .

BEWARE! This company engages in false advertising, retail fraud, and bad customer relations.||Their website boasts “premium accommodations” in their “quiet and secluded resort”. They post photos and floor plans to choose a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom log cabin with a covered porch, or lodge accommodations that are 3-bedrooms. They promise “luxury” private cabins of “highest quality”, “high end appliances”, and amenities. ||After viewing the website, emailing a request for a 2-bedroom log cabin, and talking via a phone call that assured a 2-bedroom private luxury cabin, I made a deposit of $300.||When I arrived on site no manager was present, but via a phone call I learned that my cabin was #1B and the door was unlocked and cabin was ready. Most horrible place to live, they don’t MAINTAIN ANYTHING! Not the yard around you nor the cabin you live in. Firstly its was so dirty when we moved in, we did not even want to move into the place but they said we have no choice. We got OLD bedding, towels and beds. After waiting a month we got a replacement bed, they told us they ordered one but it was a used mattress they brought over. The dryer needs to run 2 times before the clothes are dry, they tried fixing it once and gave up. Our ac/heater filter cant even fit into the unit as its is so broken, it has been reported and nothing happened. Not all the power outlets even work properly, it was reported, they only replaced two. Our roof has leaked for around 2 months after multiple reports and promises before they act upon it. I would

We had a leak in our room that they wouldn’t fix. They tried and when we told them it was leaking again they wouldn’t fix it. They fought us on replacing the AC as it was not working in the middle of summer. They came to try to “fix” it. When we said it still wasn’t cooling they fought us on it. They have theft there like crazy and will blame it on EVERYBODY in the camp ground to the point of sending police to you. They don’t clean places before you move in. There was mold in the bathroom that they did nothing about. They don’t fix stuff before you move in. We went months without Wi-Fi or cable while still paying them for it. They raise your rent within the first month of being there. I would not recommend.

Amazing place to stay. Very affordable and clean. Was in the area for work and this place accommodate with my flucating schedule. Added an extra month over text.
