Mount Sunapee Resort

Staff are awesome. Good is above average for ski resorts and priced well. Beer prices are solid if you drink. The terrain is awesome for where we are and what it is. Thankful to have a great place I can easily access from the north shore! Stunning views, and with fresh powder there are some sick runs

It did get icy over the past few days, and some tree areas, along with a number of black and double-black runs, were closed. Sunapee isn’t a massive mountain, nor does it offer extremely varied terrain compared to larger resorts. That said, their kids’ programs are outstanding. The coaching is exceptionally well run, and the instructors are highly qualified. They teach real skiing skills rather than simply letting kids lap the mountain. Coaches pay close attention to each child in the group and focus on meaningful technical development. The level system runs from Magic Carpet 1 all the way to Black 9, which truly covers the full spectrum of ability. My Blue 8 and Black 9 kids both loved their coaches and their full-day lessons. Went skiing for the first time this year and the open trails were well groomed and had plenty of natural and man-made snow. The Ambassador Jack was super helpful since it was my first visit to Sunapee. Thanks.

Part of the Epic pass. Nice mountain and is more challenging than its size would lead you to believe. Lodges were clean and staff was helpful. A bit crowded on President's Day weekend but they did their best to keep the lines moving. Trails were well groomed and minimal ice if any. Would ski here again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Wish the main lodge wasn’t too crowded but overall great green trails. The online map website is inaccurate from summit. They are blues and blacks. Luckily my eldest and my husband are more agile skiers. Highly recommend private lessons. We did a 3 hour private family ski lesson with Eric, he was fabulous and understood our(my) needs.
